What is it
This template will provide you a structure to work from to prepare a pitchdeck to present your company in record time to external experts joining your team for a day so that, together, you prototype relevant solutions for your business.
If you're running a workshop with external participants, this will serve as a supporting document when pitching your business to newcomers. You'll have 5 minute to present your business in broad terms, and 15 min to present your business on the data angle side using our Know Your Business tool. So keep it snappy and straightforward... ready, set, go!
How to do it
1 Ahead of the workshop, prepare a pitch deck
Download the template at the bottom of this page or prepare your own pitch deck. The pitchdeck should give a good overview of your business to newcomers, we suggest to include:

2 Ahead of the workshop, answer the 'know your business' questions
Whether you're operating as Business-to-Consumer (BtoC), Business-to-Business-to-Consumer (BtoBtoC) or Business-to-Business (BtoB), prepare for a data and privacy oriented workshop by looking at your business through the lens of personal information using our Know Your Business tool.
3 On the day of the workshop, pitch it!
Bring copies of both the pitch deck and know your business documents. Have your pitch deck ready on a computer.
You will have 20 min to give a global introduction about your business. Using the pitch deck, spend the first 5 min pitching your company in broad terms. Then dive into the hard questions using the Know Your Business tool. You'll have 10 minutes to explain how data-use works in your product and your approach to privacy and the challenges you are facing.
4 On the day of the workshop, refine your brief
Finally and using the Know Your Business tool, spend the last 5 minutes refining your brief of the day by filling up the last section with the group.
