Designing for a dummy service is a useful way to consider trust, transparency and control challenges from a new point of view. You should select one or more services from the library which your Jam participants will work on. Reading the data usage scenarios for each service should help you select an interesting problem and should inform your challenge brief.
Multiple teams may work on ideas for the same service or you can assign a different service to each depending on your preference.
